TRC Board of Directors is seeking the nomination of Shareholders for two Director seats, Seat C and Seat D, at the TRC Annual Shareholders meeting on May 18, 2024.  Any TRC Shareholder who is interested or who would like to be a candidate must contact TRC Office for a Candidate Application form, may download & print application online at www.tununakcorp.com under the Shareholder Assistance tab, or there’s a sign-up sheet at TRC.

Qualifications for Directors:

 

1. 1. Shall be a voting shareholder of the Corporation;

   2. Shall be over eighteen (18) years of age and have lived in Alaska for at least a year;

   3. Shall comply with the Corporation’s Code of Ethics;

   4. Shall not have been convicted of a felony offense within the past ten (10) years;

   5. Shall not have been found by any court or other lawful authority to have committed a breach of trust, breach of fiduciary duty, or a fraud upon creditors, insurers, employers, or consumers;

   6. Shall not be directed or ordered by a court or other lawful authority to enroll or participate in an alcohol or drug rehabilitation program and did not successfully complete such a program;

   7. Shall not have involuntarily terminated from employment with the Corporation within the last three years.
